What to expect when you meet and book with Chantilly Lace Photography.
Chantilly Lace Photography is located in Ipswich where they have their own home based studio where you can meet with Melinda and browse through the sample wedding albums. When you meet with Melinda she will want to know all about you and your fiancé. She will also want to find out what your dreams are for your wedding day. Melinda will show you her work in a slideshow and you can pour through the sample albums available. This meeting will most likely go for about an hour.
When you book with Chantilly Lace Photography you will receive an invoice for your deposit (25% of your total collection price) and a contract for both you and your fiancé to sign and send back. Once Melinda has your signed contract and your deposit has been paid, you are locked in for your wedding date.
We will then organise a date for your engagement shoot. Your engagement shoot is a great time to meet up again with Melinda and to have a fun time while getting to know what it is like to be in front of the camera. Melinda will make it as stress free as possible and is a great practice for the big day.
About a month before your wedding we will have another quick catch up and discuss the finer details of the day, as most of your plans are in place by around then.
You will then see a very excited Melinda on your wedding day! Don’t forget to try and relax and enjoy your day, it goes by very quickly.
After the wedding, Melinda will post a couple of your images from the day onto the Chantilly Lace Photography Facebook Page for you to see, like and share. Then approximately 4 weeks after your wedding (it might even be sooner) your gallery of images will be ready and you will receive an email with a direct link and password. Share this around to all who you want to see your wedding photos.
If you selected an album in your collection, this is the time when Melinda will organise to meet with you again to discuss which images you would like to see in your album and any that you would like to have printed. Once Melinda has designed your album and you are happy with it all it will be sent off to the printers and within approximately 4 weeks you will see your wedding album in the flesh.
